The public Eurmes site (eurmes.eu) uses no cookies and no local storage.
The platform, once you log in, uses two technical cookies to keep your session and stores three preferences in your browser’s local storage.
There are no analytics, advertising or social-network cookies. That is why you will not see a settings panel with categories to switch on and off: there is nothing optional to configure.
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device and that your browser sends back on every request. Among other things, it lets the server know you are still you between one page and the next.
Local storage also keeps information on your device, but with an important difference: it is not sent to the server automatically. It is the page itself, in your browser, that reads it. That is why Eurmes uses it for visual preferences and for nothing to do with identity.
This is everything Eurmes stores in your browser today.
The law requires consent for technologies that are not exempt. The Eurmes ones are exempt, for two different reasons: the session cookies are indispensable to deliver the service you asked for — without them you cannot be inside your account — and the local-storage preferences merely remember a choice you made yourself and are not used for any other purpose.
None of them follows you across websites, builds a profile or is shared with anyone.
The notice you see the first time is informational, not a consent wall: it tells you what there is and links here.
Eurmes does not use third-party analytics tools or technologies intended to analyse users’ browsing behaviour.
Eurmes uses no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no social buttons that load third-party code.
Eurmes typefaces are served from our own servers, not from Google Fonts or any other external service: no font-download request goes out to a third party. There is no other embedded third-party content.
If that ever changed, it would appear in this table and, where the law required it, with its consent request before anything was installed.
You can manage cookies and local storage from your browser’s privacy settings. The usual options are:
If you delete or block the two session cookies, you will be logged out and will have to sign in again. If you delete the preferences, the platform will return to its defaults. Neither breaks anything permanently.
Logging out of Eurmes also removes the session cookies, and you can close sessions open on other devices from your account.
- Delete this site’s cookies and data.
- Block third-party cookies (there are none on Eurmes).
- Block all cookies, with the consequences described above.
- Set exceptions for specific sites.
The session cookies are tied to your account, so their processing is also explained in the Privacy Policy, along with the rest of your data.
The three local-storage preferences never leave your browser and are not linked to your identity on any server.
This policy carries a version number and a date, and its changes are recorded in the public legal changelog.
This inventory will be updated when the technologies used by Eurmes change. If any of them required consent, it will be requested before it is used.
