Transparency
Every time a Eurmes legal document changes, the change is recorded here with its date and its reason. The idea is simple: you should be able to know what changed without comparing two texts word by word.

Each legal document carries a version number and a date in its header. The first number changes when something substantial about how we handle your data changes; the second, when the correction is one of wording or precision.
Changes that materially affect your data are also announced inside the platform before they take effect.

Processing operations that do not exist were removed (comments, likes, posts, viewed-lesson history, searches and analytics), as were the clauses governing a community that has not been built. The real providers were declared one by one, with what each receives and where it processes it, correcting an erroneous reference to Amazon Web Services. New sections were added on voice and the microphone, on the data we do not collect, and on how the city is obtained without keeping the IP address. The provider’s tax ID was added, the promise of a privacy area that does not yet exist was withdrawn, and the real channel and deadline for exercising rights were stated. |
